The academic session of the school starts from 1st April and ends on 31st of March.

REGISTRATION

The registration for the admission for the session 2025-26 will be started from Januray, against the vacancies for particular class/classes, the registration will remain open till the vacancies are filled-up but not later than May -2025.

 

ADMISSION TEST

The admission test will be conducted on the following dates in the school premises.

1st Test on 2nd Saturdays (January 2025)

2nd Test on 2nd Saturdays (February 2025)

3rd Test on 2nd Saturdays (March 2025)

The result of the admission test will be declared on the same day of the test.

 

INTERVIEW

Admission test will be followed by personal interview of the candidate with the Principal / Vice Principal

The interview panel will consist of

Principal / Vice Principal

Coordinator / Class Teacher / Subject Teacher

 

RESULT

Result will be on the basis of the written test and interview. Admission will be confirmed depending upon the vacancies in each class.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION:-

The following documents will need to be enclosed with the

Application:

  • Photocopies of birth certificate, Aadhar Card , Parivaar Pehchan Patra (PPP)
  • Copies of all prior school / TC mark sheets/grade sheets/report cards/achievement records etc.
  • Medical report detailing blood group and pre-existing chronic medical conditions/medication prescribed if any.
  • Three recent passport size photographs, with name of the child and class for which admission is being sought, written on the back side.

The candidate’s application for admission will be processed only on submission of all the documents and records as above.

ENTRANCE TEST:-

Students seeking admission to classes VII to IX & XI will be requested to undergo a written and oral test.

  • Admission will be solely on merit.
  • Entrance tests will be conducted at the School on prescribed dates, which will be notified well in advance.
  • Candidates must present themselves on the prescribed date without fail. The School does not normally offer more than one test per class, except under extraordinary circumstances.
  • Results of the entrance tests will be declared on the same day of the test.

 

For Selected Students:-

Once the candidate is declared selected, the fees must be paid into the Accounts Department by of online or cash (for local residents only) within 7 working days from the date. For selected children, after payment of fees, the original Transfer Certificate endorsed by board of education or CBSE office must be submitted latest as soon as Possible. (with in 15 days)
