About BRCM Education Society and Trust

Ballaram Hanumandas Charitable trust, Kolkata (BHCT), founded in the year 1977, headed by Shri Hari Krishna Chaudhary has been set up with an objective of transforming the much deprived rural area surrounding the Chaudhary Family’s ancestral village Bahal (District Bhiwani) in Haryana which is located 30 km north of Pilani (Rajasthan). As responsible citizens, the founders of Trust and entire Chaudhary family firmly believed that providing quality education will result in overall growth of this region both in terms of social and economical upliftment.

A small but visionary effort has now turned this remote village into an Oasis of Learning spread over more than 110 acres in three different campuses. To achieve its objectives, Trust heralded its educational initiatives through BRCM Education Society (BRCM ES) and in the year 1987, the society established BRCM Public School and BRCM Gyankunj School, a co-Ed Day cum Boarding school affiliated to CBSE were conceptualized and added under the umbrella of BRCM ES recently to proved School Education from Education Nursery to Secondary level for the rural children of Bahal and adjoining area.

Looking into the success of School Education, in August 1999, society ventured into the field of providing technical education by establishing BRCM college of Engineering and Technology, Later, a Degree College was added in the year 2011 in the name of GDC Memorial College with the aim to provide education to youth of rural area, specifically targeting the girl students who stopped their higher studies for lack of proper facilities at Bahal. Lately, Society also established BRCM Law College in the year 2018 for providing quality legal education.

BRCM Skill Development & Training Centre (BRCM SDTC) was established in the year 2017, as an exclusive centre to train people to become skilled & employable in different fields by conducting various short term courses under GOI PMKVY & GOH schemes along with many other needs based Co—Certified courses. An absolutely free School, “Nanhe Kadam”, having more than 250 underprivileged students in run as a major social initiative. Altogether, BRCM Education Society is presently enhancing learning possibilities to more than 5000 students in different schools and higher education learning Centres at Bahal.
